The Behavioural Leadership Academy strengthens leadership capabilities that matter most. The Business Academies deepen industry-specific skills. You'll also experience bespoke development journeys that prepare you to lead transformation and scale, powered by coaching, mentoring, and Godrej leaders as teachers within an engaging learning ecosystem.

We're building best-in-class policies and practices that support you and your loved ones, with a strong focus on holistic wellness.

This includes uncapped sick leave, comprehensive health insurance for you and your family with top-up options, elder care, preventative healthcare, and flexible work options including remote and part-time work. You'll also have access to mental wellness programmes, self-care resources, and counselling support.

Equal Parenting

Parenting looks different for everyone, and we believe support should too. At Godrej, we're committed to equal parenting, enabling every Godrejite to care for their family. Our policies include childcare benefits for birthing, commissioning (in case of surrogacy), or adoptive parents, and their partners. Primary caregivers can take six months of paid leave, with flexible work options on return.

Secondary caregivers receive two months of paid leave. We also offer caregiver travel support so primary caregivers can bring a caregiver and children under a year old on work travel. Coverage includes childbirth and fertility treatments, as well as daycare support.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Our policies include a gender-neutral anti-harassment policy, same-sex partner benefits at par with married spouses, and coverage for gender reassignment surgery and hormone replacement therapy.
