Pavan Manchala is a seasoned financial services professional with over 24 years of experience across structured lending, credit, and alternate assets. He is the Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit at Godrej Wealth, where he leads the private credit business under Godrej AMC and brings deep expertise in building and scaling credit businesses across diverse segments.

Pavan spent over 22 years with the Kotak Group, most recently as Senior EVP & Head – Alternate Asset Group, a ₹7,500 crore structured lending platform focused on SME and mid-market opportunities. Over his tenure at Kotak, he developed extensive credit expertise across Vehicle Loans, Unsecured Loans, SME, Emerging Corporate Group (ECG), and Asset Reconstruction, after starting his career with Ashok Leyland Finance, where he spent over a year honing his fundamentals in financial services.

Pavan holds an MBA and is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWA).
