Shuchi Arora joins as the Head – Human Resources at Godrej Wealth. She brings over 14+ years of experience in human capital strategy, organisational design, rewards & performance management across financial services, consulting, and diversified industries.

Most recently, Shuchi served as Senior Vice President – HR Consultant at HSBC, where she led large-scale transformation projects, and strategic HR programmes. Prior to that, she held roles at Aon, ICICI Bank, and DCM Shriram Ltd. where she partnered with leaders at all levels to drive organisational growth, streamline processes, and promote performance-driven cultures.

Shuchi is an alumna of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (MBA) and holds an engineering degree. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and music enthusiast.
