Joining as a core team member during the concept phase of Godrej Capital in 2019, Parag designed the company's digital foundation and scaled its application stack from a pre-license vision into an integrated ecosystem across Godrej Housing Finance and Godrej Finance Ltd. With over 20 years in software development and product design, his career is built on leading high-impact, greenfield engineering projects.

Before Godrej Capital, Parag led digital functions across multiple BFSI firms and fintechs. His fintech background includes building data-backed robo-advisory platforms at News Corp India and developing digital B2C products at MyUniverse and Moneycontrol. His earlier experience includes building e-commerce channels for Thomas Cook India and engineering enterprise software at Oracle Financial Services and Infosys.

Today, he is building a 'Fintech Native' architecture anchored in Agentic AI and platform engineering to replace legacy digital wealth models with a composable, intelligent wealth stack.

Parag holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
